This is a movie about a kid who is left behind because of disobedience after his clan battles a Native American Tribe.Despite his blond hair and strange language, the ten year-old is adopted by the local Wampanoag tribe, who raise him to become a hunter and warrior. Fifteen years later, the young man, known to his tribe as Ghost (Karl Urban), is still trying to escape his past. As the Vikings return to storm America, they carry out an attack that annihilates Ghost's tribe and endangers the woman he loves (Moon Bloodgood). As a survivor on the run and seeking vengeance, Ghost comes under the guidance of the Pathfinder (Russell Means), a powerful shaman who foresees the young man's unexpected destiny: as the hero who will wage a war against the Vikings and becomes his people's savior.
The movie has some amazing cinematography even better then the effects of lord of the rings. most of the forests have a blue tinge to them which adds to the effect. Viking costumes look just like the ones Hagar wears and also like the ones you see in Viking Video Games. Except for the fact that Norsemen wearing horned helmets is a false stereotype that has been propagated in recent centuries by cartoons like hagar etc. Most historians agree that viking helmets never had horns as it made it cumbersome to fight in close quarters.
